Full Service - Loans Australia provides a 'full service' loans transaction at no additional costs to you. This means that after the product is chosen and the loan application submitted, we continue to provide full service all the way to settlement and beyond.  

Finance Advisor - Finance Advisors will respond to your initial loan enquiry with Loans Australia and look after you personally until full approval. At full approval the Client Manager supervises the loan until settlement while the Finance Advisor will be available to answer any questions or deal with any other lending requirements that you have.   With all staff being specialists in their chosen area of the loan process we have found that loans are settled faster and clients are more satisfied with the overall result.

At Loans Australia we consider experience in the mortgage industry an important pre-requisite to becoming a finance advisor and require a minimum three years experience in the finance industry. In addition you will find your Finance Advisors to have studied or currently studying towards a Certificate or Diploma of Mortgage Lending

Client Manager - Every client is linked up with a Client Manager who manages the transaction from full approval all the way to settlement. The Client Manager will inform you as each loan transition is completed. They will also liaise with all the different parties that can be involved in a loan transaction including the lender, lenders solicitors, client solicitor, real estate agents, settlement officers. Our experience has shown us time and time again that many of the relevant parties 'hope' that someone else will be on top of the transaction - hence we have put our hand up to ensure that all the relevant parties coordinate with each other.

Client Care Program - As many mortgages now come with a variety of features the Finance Advisor will call you 10-12 days after settlement to ensure you have received all the paperwork and items relating to your new mortgage. Our Finance Advisor will also help you to set up your direct debits that may need to be in place.

Three months after settlement you will be contacted by your Finance Advisor to ensure your loan product is performing as promised. At twelve months, Loans Australia will contact you to review your loan and ensure you are satisfied with it. They will review any changes in circumstances and determine that the loan still meets your goals and requirements. If you have a fixed loan that is about to end we will review your options and process any changes that may be required.

Relationships - Similar to building a relationship and case history with your doctor, building a relationship with your Finance Advisor can be extremely beneficial. Loans Australia encourages a relationship whereby clients feel comfortable to contact us and discuss various loan option scenarios. As we move through life our financial requirements change. Our incomes can increase or decrease, relationships with significant others begin and end, opportunities present themselves, children are born and grow up - all of these are significant life events and will create significant changes to our finances.
