  8. Write a covering recommendation letter to the chosen lender highlighting why the loan should be approved.
  9. Submit your loan to the lender.
  10. Liaise with lender as to the progress of the loan.
  11. Communicate to the client at various stages of the loans transition process eg conditional approval.
  12. Upon full approval your Client Manager will liaise with all different parties such as the lender solicitor, client solicitor to ensure all interested parties are making progress towards settlement of your loan
  13. Organise the paperwork relating to the discharge of outgoing mortgages (if required).
  14. Help organise changes to building insurance if the loan is a refinance (required prior to the settlement of any loan).
  15. Verify settlement date with client solicitor and bank solicitor.
  16. Update client.
  17. Settlement.
  18. Confirm settlement.
  19. Ring client 10 days after settlement to confirm they have received all loan information, paperwork, PIN numbers, ATM cards etc. Ensure that accounts are set up correctly and review the loan features to ensure the client understands how to operate their mortgage.
  20. Keep client updated of industry news, product changes, product updates via bi-monthly newsletter.
  21. 3-month review to ensure clients are using the loan product correctly and that they are making correct use of the features.
  22. 12 month review to ensure clients are still in the best facility for their circumstances. Review any major changes in circumstances, review fixed contracts and 1-year honeymoon contracts.
  23. Make use of all the above features at no cost to you. You do not pay extra by using our services then going directly to the lender themselves.
