For eg, personal information may be provided to the taxation office in accordance with taxation law, or under subpoena to a court of law. Your personal information will not be passed onto other parties that are not covered by this policy.

From time to time we may use your personal information to provide you with current information about mortgage loans, special offers you may find of interest, changes to our organisation, or new products or services being offered by us or any company we are associated with. You have the right at any time to request Loans Australia not to contact you or provide you with any further information about products and services and not to disclose your information to any other organisation for that purpose.
