Industry Experience:

I have a Financial Planning background however I sold this aspect of my business in 2002 to focus purely on Mortgage Lending and finance. I have been involved with mortgage lending since 1995 and I use and teach creative financing techniques so that clients can optimise their finance situation. To date, I have devoted 5621 hours of my time to identifying financing strategies to increase my clients net wealth exponentially.

General Overview:

As the Director of Loans Australia my vision is to create a company with the systems and structures designed to ensure that clients make the most of their finance situation to propel them forward. Having dealt with many investors and business owners with complex financing structures I understand the importance of setting up finance structures that can assist people to build a property portfolio or asset base. I specialise in showing people the most effective ways of mortgage structuring, strategic financing, management and mortgage selection. My passion is to educate people around finance so that the knowledge and know-how of clients is enhanced over time.

Outside of my business I enjoy property investing and have developed my own property portfolio over the last 15 years. I also enjoy spending time with my family, participating in sports such as tennis and cricket, and supporting my football team.

I am the Operations Manager for Loans Australia and have been working within the Mortgage Industry since 1998. Prior to working in the Mortgage Industry I was a Registered Organisational Psychologist.

The emphasis of my role is to ensure that your finance application moves smoothly from application through to settlement and to communicate with you throughout that time. At Loans Australia we understand that some of the major frustrations of obtaining finance are poor communication and unreliable service. As a result we have developed specific systems that I follow to ensure your loan flows seamlessly from application to settlement.

Industry Experience:

I have had over 15 yrs experience within the Lending and Mortgage Industry including some of Australia’s largest banks. I will co-ordinate with your solicitor, the lender and the lenders solicitor to ensure that your finance requirements are delivered successfully. I have worked in a variety of high pressure environments and you can be guaranteed of a professional and friendly response to any question that you may have.
