The following list of documents are required with each loan application. Please provide the documents outlined when making an application for a loan. Supplying these documents upfront will ensure a faster approval process.
Income and Employment - PAYG Taxpayers
- 2 recent payslips from employer (including the latest one received) or
- letter from employer outlining income, job description and length of employment on employer letterhead, and
- Your latest tax return and/or group certificate
- If Centrelink, pensions or family allowance, evidence is required in the form of a Government printout verifying the payments.
Income and Employment - Self Employed
- Last two years Personal Tax Returns
- Last two years Company Tax Returns
- Last two years Profit and Loss Statements
- Last two years Balance Sheets
- Details of Company loans, Leases or Overdrafts or
- Low Document Income Declaration Form completed with Loan Application
Identification (100 points required) - For all parties to the loan including Guarantors
- Photocopy of Passport or Birth Certificate (70 points)- must have one of these
- Photocopy of Drivers License (40 points)
- Medicare Card, Credit Card (25 points)
Financial Papers
- Last 6 months home loan statements
- Last 6 months statements for any investment loans being refinanced
- Last 6 months savings accounts statements (for first home buyer)
- Rates notices (for all properties owned)
- Last 6 months loan statements evidencing payment history for personal and car loans.
- Copy of last 3 credit card statements to prove keeping within limits - for all cards
- For property purchase, copy of the sale particulars from the Contract of Sale
- Copy of superannuation statements (for applicants over 55)
Rental or other income
- Copy of last 2 rental statements for your investment property or a copy of the rental agreement signed
- Letter from real estate agent for new property, estimating how much rent will be achieved per week (if purchase will be an investment property).
